General weather situation

A strong northerly current determines the weather in the Alpine region.

Today’s weather

In most of South Tyrol, the sun often shines alongside harmless clouds. It will remain changeable directly on the alpine crest. A few snow showers will occasionally spread from the north, especially between the Brenner Pass and the Staller Sattel. In the foehn lines, the north foehn will continue to blow, sometimes strongly. During the night, precipitation will temporarily become more frequent on the border with North Tyrol.
